Our standard lead time is 9-11 weeks from the approval of your design drawing. Since each table is handmade by skilled artisans, the production process takes time to protect the quality of the finished piece. We will keep you updated with progress photos throughout production.
Once your table has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier portal by entering your tracking code. If you have any issue locating tracking information, contact us and we will assist you.

To help the table arrive safely, we pack it securely in a custom-designed wooden box. This protective packaging is built to safeguard the furniture during transit. We recommend saving the packaging if you need to move or store the table again.
