Many of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order using natural wood and epoxy resin.
Because natural wood is an organic material, each piece is unique. Variations in grain patterns, color, texture, knots, cracks, mineral streaks, live edges, and other natural characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.
Product photographs, renderings, and visualizations are intended as representative examples only. The final product may differ from images displayed on the website.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications, materials, dimensions, finishes, and designs where necessary without materially affecting the quality or functionality of the product.
Section 3 – Custom-Made Products
Custom-made and personalized products are manufactured according to specifications provided by the customer.
Once production has commenced, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded except as required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details before production begins.
Estimated production timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
